How to delete your Craggle Account

Craggle gives you full control over your data. If you’d like to permanently delete your account and associated data, you can do so directly from within the Craggle app—no emails or support requests required.

Steps to Fully Delete Your Account

1. Open the Craggle app on your device.

2. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page.

4. Select Full Account Deletion.

5. Carefully review the confirmation message explaining what data will be deleted.

6. Confirm your choice to permanently delete your account.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • Your Craggle account is permanently removed.

  • All associated personal data, climb history, sessions, projects, and media are deleted.

  • This action cannot be undone.

If you signed up through a gym or participated in shared sessions, aggregated or anonymized data may remain for reporting purposes, but it will no longer be associated with your identity.
