Craggle Terms of Use

Craggle (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Craggle mobile app and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the Craggle mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Craggle is a climbing tracking and social application that allows users to:

• Track climbing sessions and routes

• Connect with other climbers

• Access climbing venue information

• View climbing statistics and progress

3. USER ACCOUNTS

You must create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

• All activities that occur under your account

• Providing accurate and current information

4. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Craggle offers premium subscription services with auto-renewal. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Automatic renewal at the end of each billing period

• Payment of subscription fees through your Apple ID account

• Cancellation through your Apple ID account settings

Subscription fees are charged in advance. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings.

5. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant Craggle a license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the service.

6. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the App to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Infringe on others' rights

• Transmit harmful or malicious content

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service

7. DISCLAIMERS

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. CragGle disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CragGle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

9. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. APPLE'S STANDARD EULA

This app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall govern with respect to the use of the App Store and Apple's services.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
